Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY
How is Past Life Regression Therapy different from other types of therapy?
Past Life Regression Therapy provides you with quick access to all of your history, including traumas and lessons from past lives. This access allows for deep healing typically in just a few sessions. Oftentimes this quality of healing can take several years in traditional psychotherapy or other forms of treatment.
What do my past lives have to do with my current life?
When you die, your soul can carry with it promises, unexpressed emotions, beliefs, attitudes, ailments, unresolved issues, or attachments, which can be brought into this lifetime to be worked through. By exploring these issues in a past life, you can integrate this understanding into your current lifetime and resolve destructive patterns, emotional/physical ailments, and much more.
Do I have to believe in past lives or reincarnation for this to work?
A belief in reincarnation is not required for Past Life Regression Therapy to be successful. Whether you believe what you explored was a past life, your imagination, fantasy, or the collective unconscious, you can use the information you access to heal and incorporate the benefits of Past Life Regression Therapy. Even skeptical clients have reaped the benefits of Past Life Regression Therapy. The images explored during a Past Life Regression session are legitimate expressions of your subconscious, or inner being, and can greatly increase the quality of your life.
Is my past life real?
There are thousands of documented past life regressions that were later validated through historical research. This is possible because many individuals recall names, dates, locations and historical events that lend themselves to verification. However, most lives throughout history were not recorded, making it impossible to verify whether the life experienced during a past life regression session was real. Regardless of whether one is able to verify that a past life happened, the individual can reap the benefits of examining the past life.
What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Entering a hypnotic state is easier for some people than others. However, only a small percentage of people cannot be hypnotized. These individuals include people with psychosis, on certain medications, or with limited intelligence. Most people are able to reach a hypnotic state, with the most important factor being their willingness to cooperate with the process. Typically, the more one is hypnotized, the easier it is to enter a hypnotic state.
How does it feel to be hypnotized?
Most people report that they experience hypnosis as a state of deep relaxation and even rejuvenation.
Will I remember what happened during the session?
During the session clients are interacting with the therapist and, although they are in an altered state, they are alert and aware. Most people remain fully aware of everything they said and experienced.
Will I really relive past lives?
People are different in the way they experience their past lives. Some relive the life fully using a variety of their senses, while others only relive it through one or two senses. Some see "snapshots" of images and others don't see anything but instead "feel" the experience. The way you experience your past lives does not necessarily impact your ability to heal.
Will it cure my problems?
Of course, there are no guarantees and people's healing processes are individualized. However, most people do experience healing; some as soon as the first session. Many people report that Past Life Regression Therapy has brought about insights and changes long after their sessions. People who complete the work often find that they have deeply healed issues which had plagued them for a long time.
How many sessions will I need?
In general, Past Life Regression Therapy takes place over three to ten sessions. Sometimes, people will find what they were looking for after only one session. Others may complete the work but then return for a follow-up session some time later as they long for more insight/understanding, or new issues arise.
Some individuals' healing processes are quite complex and may include a number of psychotherapy sessions to incorporate into their present lives the insights and healing they have gained from their Past Life Regression Therapy sessions. In such cases, I tailor the type and number of sessions to meet the needs of the individual client.
How long does a session typically last?
The initial session involves more time than subsequent sessions as it typically includes information gathering prior to the actual hypnosis. For some individuals who are being hypnotized for the first time or are extremely anxious, the relaxation and guided induction section of the session my take longer. Typically, the first session lasts 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Subsequent sessions typically last 1 1/2 hours.
Will I learn that I was someone famous?
It's possible, but unlikely. Many people find that they have lived ordinary lives as poor folks or peasants. Ordinary lives are often abundant with lessons that can provide healing in the present life.
